The incredible pace of development of electric cars in recent years has been very positive. The automotive companies are aware of the advantages and potential of this solution, and users are increasingly willing to give up engine whirring in favour of non-emissions electricians. Manufacturers, of course, are doing their job, the choice in the market for these cars is increasing, although there is still a problematic issue of infrastructure. Especially in Poland, there is a lot of room for development in this area. So Green Cell decided to contribute to the development of the electric car industry and created a universal, 3-phase EV charging cable, which will charge its silent, ecological vehicles several times faster.
Increased charging speed
What do you actually gain by using Green Cell?
First of all, time. Thanks to the fact that the cable is 3-phase, it is adapted to higher power and is able to provide much faster charging. The difference is not a big one, because when charging with the Green Cell cable we can get a maximum of 27 kW, and with a 1-phase charge we will get only 3.7 kW. In the case of Tesla Model S we will fully charge the battery for 21 hours faster. On smaller models, such as the Renault Zoe, the difference is more than 5 times greater. Below is the charging time table for sample electricians.
Ready for operation throughout Europe
The cable’s universal plug guarantees that we will connect it to any charging station in Europe that does not have a built-in cable. This protection is a real treasure when travelling in an electric car on an unknown route. On the other hand, the Type 2 plug is also universal and we can easily connect it to the charging socket of all popular electricians, such as Tesla, BMW, Renault, Mercedes, Audi, Hyundai, Volkswagen, Smart and many others. It is also a great asset.
High resistance and durability
The cable is designed to withstand the hardships of intensive, everyday use without any problems. The durable, very robust cable ensures that even accidental driving through it should not be a danger. The plug itself also has a very high resistance. Its construction is designed to allow for up to 15 years of everyday use. I think that for such a long period of time you can count on the development of a network of electric car charging stations and using them in Poland will be much more convenient 🙂.
Who knows, maybe Green Cell will also contribute to that? We’re watching with great curiosity!
